Hi I'm Kelli
Several years ago I was introduced to the practice of yoga by a trusted mentor during a time when I was searching for…something. Little did I understand at the time, the difference that the practice would begin to make in my life, almost immediately.
I began practicing Hatha and flow, and fell in love. Not only did my body get stronger, my mind quieted and I was better able to focus. I began to develop more steadiness and ease not only on the mat, but in the rest of my life as well.
I began to expand my practice to include wall yoga and Yin yoga and soon wanted to share the gifts of yoga with others. I wanted to learn from the teachers that had become mentors to me, and I completed my 200 hour YTT at Adishesha Yoga Zone with Basia, Janice, and Natalie. What an amazing experience!
I continue to learn through my own practice as well as many other learning opportunities with Love Your Brain, Doug Keller, Sadie Nardini, Tamara McIntyre and others.
